There are so many things to write about, so much that I don't think I can provide much of a structure for a well put together story at this point, therefore I am going to make a bullet pointed list of the recent happenings in the sands of my hourglass life.
1) My dad signed up for face book. After the odd wide eyed look wore off my face, I told my sister about the advancement in my father's social life. I could tell by the tone in her response that she partly held me accountable, but I kept quiet and said nothing, which is what we usually do when we depend on somebody. However later that evening I utilized the brilliant 'suggest a friend' option, therefore making my dad aware that my sister and brother were both available for online social networking. I'd be lying if I said that this didn't give me some sense of pleasure.
2) I have been spending a lot of time with some family friends, Ivan and Cathee Rosenberg, their two kids Sarah (13) and Daniel (9) and the nanny, Dora. It isn't the most common household.....but perfect none the less. The other night I walked into the house in the middle of Sarah having a tantrum, however Sarah has autism, so to any outsider this 'tantrum' would appear as nothing less than a meltdown. Apparently she had eaten Daniel's chicken soup, so Dora took away all television privileges for the evening. Sarah responded by continuously wipping Dora with a blanket, to which Dora responded by laughing hysterically. I attempted to intervene and save Dora from the incessant wipping (though Sarah tended to miss), to which Sarah responded by yelling "Traitor!!!!" and wipping me as well...to which I reponded by also laughing hysterically. Dora and I lay on the living room floor, unable to pull it together, while Sarah continued to whip us senseless claiming that "This would never happen to Miley!" (she was referring to Miley Cyrus). To which we responded by laughing hysterically.
3) I tore a whole in the crotch of my favorite jeans.
