I am staring at my computer screen, with a disgruntled look. iTunes now offers a new "Genius" option for listeners. How it works is it takes the songs in your library and from that music information it comprises a new playlist, and 'introduces you to music you'll love'. I am sure I would be thrilled about this, except for the fact that 'Genius' has just informed me that I am going to love Paris Hilton, Nelly, Frank Sinatra and Aaron Carter. The realization of what this says about my current music selection is slightly humiliating, then again great workout mixes do come at a cost.

Anywho, there's not much to do in the office today, I work in Client Services for a special effects/coloring company....and 2 days before Christmas, we certainly don't have any clients, therefore I have no services to render, and am playing Bubble Spinner on addictinggames.com. My supervisor Joy said we could play some Christmas movies on the flat screen in the lounge, so for the past 3 weeks I've been watching Home Alone, Elf, and The Christmas Story on a loop. Yikes.
I am spending this holiday season with my big sister Melissa, and her family. Unofrtunately they live in AZ, which one of those state who's necessity for existance is questioned quite often.....it falls into the same category as Delaware, Iowa, Ohio, Nebraska.....you get the picture. The drive isn't long enough for me to go completely crazy, but enough for me to fish out my mixes from highschool which gives the iTunes Genius complete credibility. Its those late night 6 hour drives that remind me how much I actually love Celine Dion, The Backstreet Boys and.......Cher. This is actually good news, because its music like that, that is rpeventing me driving into a cactus, however too much of it, and I'd probably drive into a cactus intentionally.

well. its time to press play on the dvd player again.
